"I'm not generally the type to write reviews for services provided, but I simply had to convey to you how impressed I was with both the passport and travel services I received from your company. A last minute opportunity came up for me to travel with my family to Africa with less then three weeks notice. I quickly realized I needed to renew my passport and update it to my married name and after that was processed I needed to obtain a travel visa as well. I was informed by your representative that I simply needed to follow the instructions on your website for the passport renewal and fill is as much as possible on the visa form without having my new passport number available. I would mail my packet to your San Francisco office, you would ship it to your Houston office and having everything returned to me with time to spare. I utilized your four day passport service and three day visa service and anticipated return of my documents this upcoming Thursday. It is currently Tuesday and I have in hand my new passport with approved visa along with my other documents (old passport, marriage certificate) already!

"I just wanted to tell you how wonderful your company is! As a former cruise ship employee, you would think I know to check my documents before traveling. Well, this trip came up quick and I realized only one week prior that my passport was expired. I called late on Sunday and someone answered the phone. THAT is quality service beyond expectation. I didn't need the passport until the next weekend, and I asked if I should choose the most expensive emergency service or the 48-hour service. The person helping me could have, in my panicked state sold me a $500 service and I probably would have done it, but he calmly said that the 48-hour service would be definitely sufficient.

"From this side of the ocean I was very pleased with your
efficient service. I do have one recommendation. It would be good to
provide a map or at least more specific directions from the Metro
Station to the Moscow Office that registers the visa. I spent nearly
an hour and half looking for it. No one in the area knows the street.
I am fluent in Russia, I was able to ask directions several times
(probably at least ten times) but someone who does not speak the
language would not have that on their side. In the office they printed
out a map very quickly and I discovered that it was less than a
fifteen minute walk from the Metro. A map would be helpful.

If I ever hear of anyone needing a passport, of course I’m going to fully recommend your service instead of taking a ‘chance’ on dealing directly with the Dept of State, even if they have 4+ weeks before departure.
