1.	Completed Canada visa application
	Complete Canada Visa Application Online - website will open in a new window. As of March 1, 2011, all visa applicants are required to fill out on-line the Canada Visa Application Form. The information that you enter is not submitted electronically. It is only used to generate the printed form and a unique barcode. After completing the application form online, please print it (total of 5 pages). Please do not forget to sign and date your application.
2.	Supplemental Family Information Sheet
	Please fill out this Supplemental Form about your family. Please do not forget to sign it.

3.	Valid U.S./Non-US Passport
	You have to MAIL us your current valid and signed US/non-us passport. Passport should be valid at least SIX (6) months after your intended arrival to Canada. Also, you should make sure you have at least ONE completely blank page for visas in your passport. Amendment pages (pages 22, 23 and 24) do not count. If your passport is about to expire or needs more pages, please obtain new, renew or add pages to Your passport.

4.	Signed Letter of Authorization (Click HERE to download)
	Please print and complete this document. Photocopies not accepted.

5.	TWO Passport-Style Photographs
	They must be 2x2 inches in size. We always recommend using a professional photographer to avoid delays. You can choose to submit digitized photos to us via email: orders@travelvisapro.com (in subject line put travelers first and last names). Additional $10 Photo Printing FEE will be added to your request. NOTE: Photos must be high resolution, clear, and provide proper contrast and white background for it to be accepted by the consulate.

6.	Letter from Employer
	a letter from your employer indicating your current employment status and salary. If retired please write a letter indicating you are retired with original signature.

7.	A Copy of Roundtrip ticket/itinerary
	It must contain the name of passenger. it can be an electronic ticket. If you don't have one, we will be glad to provide you one. Additional $15 Reservation FEE will be added to your request

8.	Proof of Hotel Reservations
	You must provide a copy of your hotel reservations confirming your stay in Canada OR a letter from your Host stating their name(s), address(es), and legal status (e.g. passport, residence card) in Canada.

9.	Proof of Financial Ability
	You must provide a copy of a recent bank statement or a letter from your bank verifying you have sufficient funds to support yourself. Bank statment must contain your name and address. You can cover-up the account number if you do not want to share it with the consulate

10.	Proof of current visa status in USA
	Original I-94, Student I-20, I-97, etc.

NO VISA IS REQUIRED: IF YOU'RE USA CITIZEN OR HAVE GREEN CARD OF THE USA YOU DO NOT REQUIRE VISA TO ENTER CANADA FOR STAYS UP TO 90 DAYS.

MINIMUM TWO WEEK PROCESSING TIME: If you are a citizen of Afghanistan, Bosnia, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Macedonia, Montenegro, Pakistan, Palestinian Authority, Saudia Arabai, Serbia, Syria, and Sudan , it will take at least TWO WEEKS to process your visa. Please do not ask for epxedting; it is impossible.
