Montserrat is one of fourteen British Overseas Territories and United Kingdom has it under its sovereignty. As a result, UK immigration visa law is enforced in Montserrat.

Russian Consulates has outsourced its visa application processing to the private 3rd party company, so called "Russian Visa Center” in order to maintain higher standards of service. As of April 11th, 2012, an additional $30 is added to the consular fee for each visa applicant.
Effective April 13th, Brazil consular fee for US Citizens will increase from $160 to $180.
