I am not sure when I will enter or exit Russia. Can I list any dates? Is the visa date specific?
Russia does not allow entry before the date listed on your visa or departure later than listed on your visa. Therefore, we recommend listing an earlier date if you are unsure of the exact time of entry. For departure, we recommend you put a date later than that you expect to leave Russia.
