EMERGENCY Passport Renewal Requirements

It is not always that we plan to travel and sometimes travel plans jump out at us from nowhere. It could be that you need to visit a sick relative within short notice or that your boss is sending you overseas to attend a meeting that is crucial to your career. Sometimes, your passport could be valid but the country you wish to visit calls for at least six months of validity for you to gain entry. It could also be that your passport is no longer valid and you are running short of time regarding your boarding date. What do you do in such a circumstance? Travel Visa Pro has handled tons of such cases, and we will gladly take you on board. The moment you contact us, an agent will guide you through the required emergency passport renewal requirements.

Before getting into your travel plans, the agent will look into your eligibility for renewal. In so doing, they will assess the condition of your passport, the date you received it and whether you were over sixteen years at the time. If you have made any legal name changes, they will request that you provide documents as to the same such as court decrees and marriage certificates.

If you qualify for a renewal, the agent will then delve into the emergency passport renewal requirements. Of crucial importance at this stage is your ability to prove your need to travel. Plane tickets to foreign nations, travel itineraries as well as official letters from your workplace are all acceptable documents in this situation. You will then sign two letters of authorization stating that you have conferred powers onto us, allowing us to take on the renewal on your behalf. You should also include your most recent passport, two valid passport photos and two copies of DS 82 forms in your submissions.

After reviewing the documents, the agent will then forward them to the state department for processing. In 24 hours, you will be ready for your trip. Safe travels!
