I had a problem obtaining my visa from the Nigerian Consulate because of their backlog in August of 2021, I had no idea if I was going to be able to make my trip. Travel Visa Pro, their beautiful staff including the owner worked so hard to get my passport with visa to me the night before I had to take my flight. I'll always use Travel Visa Pro because they do care about their clients, they went above and beyond, we are not just a client, I felt I was a part of their family.

Using Travel Visa Pro was great. They helped me when I had no clue how I was going to get my passport in time for my trip down to Costa Rica. Valerie did everything she could to ensure it was as quick, painless, and easy as possible. I gathered all the documents needed, got them sealed by a state worker, and shipped off to them and 8 days later I had my passport and was ready to go. I highly, highly recommend using them if you need a passport soon and don’t have time or can’t find an appointment available close to you. 10/10

Travel Visa Pro were awesome when we were in a bind with an expired passport. Very clear instructions and process, went above and beyond to help us get appointments with the post office, and genuinely seemed to care. We were able to get an emergency appointment before we completed the process and they had a more than fair refund policy. I hope I’ll never need them again but would sue them without hesitation if j did. Annalyn was awesome.

I needed my passport ASAP! It was expired and I had a trip coming up. I came across this agency and nothing could’ve been better! My passport came two weeks earlier than expected!! However the experience can be better! They need to be more specific on what the paperwork consist of; and maybe, have the advocates tell the same information to customers. Other than that I do recommend getting your passport with this agency!
