The Terms as set out hereafter constitute the entire agreement between you and Travel Visa Pro. If you do not accept these Terms, please contact us before accessing or using any page on Travel Visa Pro websites or services provided therein. You consent to be bound by these Terms.
THIS AGREEMENT is between you, the user of this Site or Travel Visa Pro’s services, and Travel Visa Pro.
NO LIABILITY AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
TRAVEL VISA PRO’S LIABILITY IN ALL CASES ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO, AND TRAVEL VISA PRO IS NOT AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE BEYOND, THE FOLLOWING, REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCES:
1. TRAVEL VISA PRO’S LIABILITY FOR ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE FROM ANY CAUSE OR FAULT WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO A PASSPORT BOOK OR PASSPORT CARD DURING THE COURSE OF VISA/PASSPORT PROCESSING, IS LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL REPLACEMENT COST OF THE PASSPORT BOOK OR PASSPORT CARD, AS APPLICABLE, OR $255.00, WHICHEVER IS LESS. TRAVEL VISA PRO RESERVES THE RIGHT IN ALL INSTANCES TO SUBSTITUTE REPLACEMENT OF THE DOCUMENTS THAT WERE IN TRAVEL VISA PRO’S CARE AND CONTROL IN LIEU OF PAYMENT. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, TRAVEL VISA PRO ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SERVICES OF THE PASSPORT AGENCY OR EMBASSY/CONSULATE IN CONNECTION WITH THE GRANTING OF PASSPORTS OR VISAS, NOR FOR ANY DELAYS, LOSS OF PASSPORTS, OR LOSS OF OTHER MATERIALS OCCASIONED BY SUCH SERVICES OR BY ANY DELIVERY SERVICE, INCLUDING FEDEX, UPS, OR THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE.
2. TRAVEL VISA PRO’S WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, COSTS AND EXPENSES FROM ANY CAUSE OR FAULT WHATSOEVER, AND INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIABILITY FOR TRAVEL INTERRUPTION, CHANGES IN TRAVEL OR PREVENTION OR LIMITATION OF TRAVEL AND RESULTING COSTS AND EXPENSES, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES, COSTS OR EXPENSES BE DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR OTHERWISE, AND INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF INCOME OR PROFITS, IN EXCESS OF THE TRAVEL VISA PRO PROCESSING FEES PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR VISA PROCESSING, REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER OR NOT TRAVEL VISA PRO HAD KNOWLEDGE THAT SUCH DAMAGES MIGHT BE INCURRED AND WHETHER OR NOT TRAVEL VISA PRO MAY BE, OR MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR, A CONTRIBUTING CAUSE.
3. TRAVEL VISA PRO WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IN ANY RESPECT OR FOR ANY AMOUNT FOR LOSS OR DELAY CAUSED BY EVENTS THAT WE CANNOT OR DO NOT CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACTS OF GOD, WEATHER CONDITIONS, ACTS OF PUBLIC ENEMIES, WAR, STRIKES, CIVIL COMMOTIONS, ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF PUBLIC AUTHORITIES (INCLUDING PASSPORT AND EMBASSY CONSULAR OFFICIALS), PANDEMICS, EPIDEMICS, GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWNS, OR YOUR FAILURE TO CAREFULLY INSPECT VISA DATES AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, SHIPPING COURIER (E.G. LOCAL COURIER, FEDEX , UPS, USPS, ETC.) FAILURES OR NEGLIGENCE.
4. TRAVEL VISA PRO STRIVES TO PUBLISH THE MOST CURRENT AND COMPLETE VISA/PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS. HOWEVER, REQUIREMENTS FOR VISAS AND PASSPORTS ARE SET BY SOVEREIGN NATIONS AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. IN USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SERVICE (A.K.A. US PASSPORT, VISA, VISA SUPPORT, CONSULAR FEES) DETAILS AND ALL OTHER INFORMATION INCLUDING INFORMATION RELATING TO TRAVEL SERVICES PUBLISHED ON THIS WEBSITE ARE NOT ALL-INCLUSIVE AND MAY HAVE INACCURACIES AND TRAVEL VISA PRO IS NOT AND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH MISTAKES.
5. ALL US PASSPORTS AND TRAVEL VISAS ARE ISSUED BY THE APPLICABLE GOVERNMENT AGENCY, FOREIGN CONSULATE, OR EMBASSY AND NOT BY TRAVEL VISA PRO. TRAVEL VISA PRO ONLY PREPARES AND EXPEDITES THE SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS TO THE APPROPRIATE GOVERNMENT AGENCY, CONSULATE, OR EMBASSY. THE ISSUING AUTHORITY HAS SOLE DISCRETION TO DETERMINE WHETHER TO ISSUE A PASSPORT OR VISA AND THE TYPE, LENGTH, VALIDITY PERIOD, NUMBER OF ENTRIES, AND OTHER TERMS OF ANY PASSPORT OR VISA ISSUED. TRAVEL VISA PRO DOES NOT GUARANTEE AND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY GOVERNMENTAL DECISION, DENIAL, DELAY, ERROR, OR LIMITATION CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE OR VALIDITY OF A PASSPORT OR VISA.
6. TRAVEL VISA PRO MAY OUTSOURCE SOME OR ALL PROCESSING SERVICES TO AFFILIATES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, OR OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS, INCLUDING ENTITIES LOCATED IN OTHER COUNTRIES, SUCH AS THE PHILIPPINES AND LITHUANIA. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRAVEL VISA PRO SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR DOCUMENTS LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED, OR DESTROYED IN TRANSIT TO OR FROM A PROCESSING FACILITY OR FOR DOCUMENTS OR PERSONAL INFORMATION LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED, DESTROYED, OR IMPROPERLY ACCESSED BECAUSE OF THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF AN INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDER.

WHILE TRAVEL VISA PRO MAKES ALL REASONABLE EFFORTS TO ENSURE THAT PASSPORT, VISA, AND TRAVEL SERVICES LISTED HOLD UP TO THE HIGHEST ETHICAL AND PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS, THE LISTING OF ANY TRAVEL SERVICES IN THE WEBSITE IS NOT AND SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN AS A RECOMMENDATION FROM TRAVEL VISA PRO OR A REPRESENTATION THAT THESE SERVICES WILL BE SUITABLE FOR THE USER’S PURPOSE.
9. TRAVEL VISA PRO SHALL IN NO WAY BE LIABLE TO YOU IN THE EVENT THAT THESE SERVICES ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.
PHYSICAL ACCESS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Due to security concerns and because Travel Visa Pro handles personal documents and information, all our doors may remain locked during business hours.
San Francisco: Our San Francisco office has only stair access. However, to reasonably accommodate all our customers, there is a handicap-accessible buzzer next to the entrance, and is identified with a handicapped sign. If you have difficulty climbing up the stairs, please ring that buzzer or call the main toll-free phone number 833-887-8472. Our staff will come to the door and will personally ensure that you have access to the necessary forms and services. Travel Visa Pro want you to know that it makes sure you get the same great, personal service as everybody else as well as have easy access to its facilities. If it is reasonably feasible and you live nearby, Travel Visa Pro may provide home delivery/ pick up of your passport.
All Offices: As access is by agreed appointment only, Travel Visa Pro limits your permission, license and invitation to the premises to the time of the appointment.
Public Health and Safety Precautions for All Offices: Travel Visa Pro does not always control the premises in which an appointment may take place. Travel Visa Pro and its staff are committed to complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, and public-health requirements, as well as any lawful health and safety policies posted or enforced by the owner or manager of the premises. These requirements and policies may include measures intended to prevent or limit the transmission of communicable or infectious diseases, including during an epidemic, pandemic, or other public-health emergency.
NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR RECORDING AT TRAVEL VISA PRO LOCATIONS
Travel Visa Pro handles passports, personal identifying information, and other sensitive and confidential materials. As a condition of entering or remaining at any Travel Visa Pro location, guests may not photograph, film, livestream, or make any audio or video recording inside the location without Travel Visa Pro’s prior written authorization. This prohibition includes recording Travel Visa Pro’s employees, customers, documents, computer screens, work areas, security measures, or business operations.
Travel Visa Pro may require any person who violates this policy to immediately stop the prohibited activity and leave the premises. A person’s permission and limited license to enter or remain on the premises is revoked upon that person’s refusal to comply with such a request. Travel Visa Pro reserves all available rights and remedies concerning unauthorized access, photography, or recording.
REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, AND INDEMNITIES AS INVITEE TO PREMISES
Representations and Warranties you make when physically entering premises;
As an inducement for Travel Visa Pro to agree to provide services to you, YOU:
1. Acknowledge that Travel Visa Pro does not regularly control the premises where the appointment is to take place, (the “Premises”) and that meetings are appointment only;
2. Acknowledge that Premises owners or management controls the Premises, not Travel Visa Pro;
3. Warrant that you have complied and will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, and public-health requirements concerning communicable or infectious diseases and entry onto or use of the Premises;
4. Warrant that, at the time of your entry onto the Premises, you are not knowingly infected with a communicable or infectious disease, are not experiencing symptoms that you know or reasonably should know may indicate a communicable or infectious disease, and are not then subject to any applicable isolation or quarantine requirement;
5. Acknowledge that, for the duration of your entry onto the Premises, you will comply with all lawful health and safety policies then posted or enforced by the owner or manager of the Premises, including policies intended to prevent or limit the transmission of communicable or infectious diseases;
6. Represent that you have adequate insurance to protect yourself and any third parties who may be affected by your actions from any negligence, including without limitation negligence alleged or shown to have taken place on the Premises or in connection with your access thereto; and
7. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROMISE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS TRAVEL VISA PRO FROM ANY DAMAGES, INJURIES, OR HARM, INCLUDING ECONOMIC INJURIES, PERSONAL INJURIES, OR DEATH, ALLEGED, CLAIMED, OR PROVEN BY ANY THIRD PARTY ASSERTING BY, THROUGH, OR UNDER YOU, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR ENTRY ONTO THE PREMISES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, YOUR ACTUAL OR SUSPECTED INFECTION WITH OR EXPOSURE TO A COMMUNICABLE OR INFECTIOUS DISEASE, EVEN IF SUCH HARM IS ALLEGED, SHOWN, OR PROVEN TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE PARTIAL OR SOLE NEGLIGENCE OF TRAVEL VISA PRO.

BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION; CLASS-ACTION WAIVER
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU AND TRAVEL VISA PRO TO RESOLVE MOST DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND LIMITS THE MANNER IN WHICH YOU MAY SEEK RELIEF.
Agreement to Arbitrate. Except for the matters specifically excluded below, you and Travel Visa Pro, LLC (“Travel Visa Pro”) agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your access to or use of any Travel Visa Pro website, your purchase or use of Travel Visa Pro’s services, any communications or representations concerning those services, or the relationship between you and Travel Visa Pro (collectively, a “Dispute”) shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration. This agreement includes Disputes based on contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, consumer-protection law, advertising, or any other legal theory, whether the Dispute arose before or after you accepted these Terms.
Federal Arbitration Act. This arbitration agreement concerns transactions involving interstate commerce and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16, and not by any state arbitration law.
Informal Resolution. Before initiating arbitration, the party asserting a Dispute must provide the other party with written notice describing the nature and basis of the Dispute and the relief requested. Notice to Travel Visa Pro must be sent to Travel Visa Pro, LLC, 2401 Fountain View Drive, Suite 461, Houston, Texas 77057. The parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the Dispute for thirty (30) days after receipt of the notice. Neither party may initiate arbitration until that thirty-day period expires.
Arbitration Procedures. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) before one neutral arbitrator under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect when the arbitration is filed, as modified by this section. The AAA’s rules are available at www.adr.org. If the AAA is unavailable or declines to administer the arbitration, the parties shall jointly select another nationally recognized arbitration provider. If the parties cannot agree, a court of competent jurisdiction shall appoint the arbitrator or arbitration provider.
Unless the parties agree otherwise, the arbitration shall take place in Harris County, Texas. However, if applicable law requires another location or permits you to participate remotely or in the county where you reside, the arbitration shall proceed in that manner. The arbitrator may conduct the arbitration by telephone, videoconference, written submissions, or an in-person hearing, as permitted by the applicable AAA rules.
Small-Claims and Injunctive-Relief Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual action in a small-claims court of competent jurisdiction if the action remains in that court and proceeds only on an individual basis. Either party may also seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction when necessary to preserve the status quo or prevent immediate and irreparable harm pending appointment of the arbitrator. Seeking that limited relief does not waive the right to arbitration.
Class-Action, Collective-Action, and Representative-Action Waiver. YOU AND TRAVEL VISA PRO AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY ASSERT CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. NEITHER YOU NOR TRAVEL VISA PRO MAY FILE, PARTICIPATE IN, OR SEEK RELIEF THROUGH ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, COORDINATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR ARBITRATION. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE THE CLAIMS OF MORE THAN ONE PERSON OR ENTITY AND MAY NOT PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, COORDINATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY AWARD RELIEF ONLY TO THE INDIVIDUAL PARTY SEEKING RELIEF AND ONLY TO THE EXTENT NECESSARY TO RESOLVE THAT PARTY’S INDIVIDUAL CLAIM.
Authority to Decide Arbitrability. Except for disputes concerning the Class-Action, Collective-Action, and Representative-Action Waiver, the arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute concerning the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement, including any contention that all or part of this arbitration agreement is void or voidable. A court of competent jurisdiction, and not the arbitrator, shall decide any dispute concerning the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of the Class-Action, Collective-Action, and Representative-Action Waiver.
Arbitration Fees and Remedies. Payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees shall be governed by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and applicable law. The arbitrator may award any relief available to the individual claimant under applicable law but may not award relief for or against anyone who is not a party to the arbitration. Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs unless the arbitrator awards attorneys’ fees or costs under applicable law.
Jury-Trial Waiver. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND TRAVEL VISA PRO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY FOR EVERY DISPUTE SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION UNDER THIS SECTION.
Severability. Except as provided in the following sentence, if any portion of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, that portion shall be severed and the remainder shall remain in effect. If a final judicial determination holds the Class-Action, Collective-Action, and Representative-Action Waiver unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request for relief shall proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction and not in arbitration, while all enforceable portions of the Dispute shall remain subject to individual arbitration.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
As a condition of your use of this website, you represent and warrant to Travel Visa Pro that you will not use any of its websites for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

ORDER PROCESSING CONDITIONS
The following conditions apply to orders of visa and passport services (a.k.a. visa, visa support, passport, etc.) made by you through this website.
(1) Placing an order
On placing an order, you shall pay a non-refundable government/consulate processing fee. You agree that your credit card(s) will be billed and check(s)/money order(s) will be deposited immediately. Our fees are all-inclusive, but you agree to pay all applicable taxes and return shipping charges relating to the purchase of any visa, passport, or other products or services. Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change without notice. Changes may include, but are not limited to, changes in embassy consular fees, processing procedures, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance. Travel Visa Pro is not responsible for such changes or for any loss or delay relating to such changes.
(2) Processing an order
US Passport Agency, foreign Consulate or embassy or any other government branch will issue your travel documents (e.g. Visa, Passport) according to information provided on your application, documentation, and payment. Government officials may request additional documentation at their discretion. They may also decline issuance of your visa/passport without disclosing the reason for denial as well as refuse to refund any government/consular fees.
Travel Visa Pro uses USPS, FedEx or commercial airline Cargo services for all its shipping needs unless instructed otherwise and are subject to the conditions set by these companies. Travel Visa Pro is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while the product is in client’s possession or in transit. Travel Visa Pro strongly encourages its clients to use shipping services that provide real-time tracking of packages in transit. Travel Visa Pro is not responsible for any failures or mistakes by shipping companies to deliver, deliver on time, track, locate, keep safe, any and all packages. Travel Visa Pro cannot and does not warrant any claims or guarantees made by shipping companies as to the quality of service, timely delivery, availability of service, and other claims.

Travel Visa Pro reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstance, all as interpreted in Travel Visa Pro’s sole and absolute discretion.
(3) Acceptance of Procedures
As a condition of placing an order through this website, you agree to assume any risks involved in the processing of your order. These risks include, but are not limited to: the sending of personally identifiable information or government documents abroad for purposes of processing the order; any risk of your documents or personally identifiable information getting lost, destroyed, or stolen in transit to or from a processing center; or any risk of your documents or personally identifiable information getting lost, destroyed, or stolen during processing. While Travel Visa Pro will make efforts to protect your information such as contractually obligating personnel to the non-use and non-disclosure of any information they are exposed to during the processing of your order, Travel Visa Pro cannot assure with certainty that such information is absolutely protected.
(4) Cancellations/Refunds
TRAVEL VISA PRO MAY REFUND SERVICE FEES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS OR, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, MAY ISSUE A REFUND OR CREDIT FOR ANY OTHER REASON. ANY DISCRETIONARY REFUND OR CREDIT IS A CUSTOMER-SERVICE ACCOMMODATION AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN ADMISSION OF ERROR, FAULT, LIABILITY, OR WRONGDOING BY TRAVEL VISA PRO. NOTHING IN THIS PROVISION LIMITS ANY REFUND OR REMEDY REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
All requests concerning an alleged service failure, refund, or other adjustment must be submitted through Travel Visa Pro’s online feedback form at https://travelvisapro.formstack.com/forms/feedback . Travel Visa Pro takes customer-service concerns seriously and will review properly submitted requests in accordance with these Terms. Most requests are resolved within a few business days, but processing may take up to twenty-one (21) calendar days. Any approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Travel Visa Pro is not responsible for any costs incurred in submitting a service-failure or refund request. Nothing in this provision limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
For purposes of any refund, the amount you are entitled to in a refund will depend on the work completed by Travel Visa Pro, and you will be entitled to amounts not yet worked. Travel Visa Pro will have earned 70% of the amount paid upon preparation of your application for submission to the necessary entity, which may be the United States passport agency, the Department of State, a consulate, an embassy, a county clerk, a State Secretary of State office or any other third party or entity as necessary to complete our services. Your shipment of necessary documents, which is to be arranged by you, will be in this initial 70%. Travel Visa Pro’s failure to receive documents due to your failure to properly arrange for the shipment of the same shall not exclude Travel Visa Pro’s right to retain the amounts earned. 20% of the amount paid shall be earned once Travel Visa Pro submits the prepared paperwork to the relevant entity. The remaining 10% of the refund will be earned upon delivery of the final documentation.
Travel Visa Pro does not accept responsibility for cancellations by you, regardless of the circumstances in which the cancellation is made. If you wish to cancel a service before Travel Visa Pro receives your passport and other supporting documents, you may do so by notifying Customer Care. Any approved refund will be reduced by an administrative/cancellation fee of $99 or fifteen percent (15%) of the administrative fees incurred by Travel Visa Pro, whichever is greater, and by any nonrefundable government, embassy, consular, courier, shipping, or other third-party fees. No refund will be issued after Travel Visa Pro receives your documents and begins processing your application, except as required by applicable law.
(5) Inactive Orders
An order will not automatically cancel solely because Travel Visa Pro has not received the customer’s documents within twenty-one (21) days after the order is placed. Unless the customer cancels the order in accordance with these Terms, Travel Visa Pro will treat the order as remaining open pending receipt of the documents and information necessary to perform the requested services. The customer remains responsible for any changes in government, consular, shipping, or other third-party fees applicable when the services are ultimately performed. Any request to cancel an inactive order remains subject to Travel Visa Pro’s cancellation and refund provisions.
Travel Visa Pro shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation or other travel services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed beforehand in writing.
(6) Disclaimer of Travel Visa Pro as a Shipper
Travel Visa Pro is not a shipping carrier and does not itself transport passports, applications, or other documents. Customers may select and arrange shipment through a carrier of their choice. As a convenience, Travel Visa Pro may provide a prepaid or pre-addressed shipping label for a third-party carrier, including FedEx, based on Travel Visa Pro’s experience with that carrier. Providing or arranging a shipping label does not make Travel Visa Pro the carrier or cause Travel Visa Pro to assume the carrier’s obligations or liability.
All shipments are performed by the selected third-party carrier and are subject to that carrier’s terms, conditions, limitations, and service availability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Travel Visa Pro is not responsible for a carrier’s loss, theft, damage, delay, misdelivery, failure to deliver, or other act or omission. The customer remains responsible for ensuring that all required documents are delivered to Travel Visa Pro by the applicable deadline.
NO LIABILITY IN CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
Travel Visa Pro makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all credit card and debit card transactions are secure. HOWEVER, if unauthorized charges appear on your credit card or debit card statement for any card used on this website at any time during or after you place your order, conduct your transaction or disclose your card details on this website, Travel Visa Pro shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with site use, transaction or disclosure, subject only to any statutory rights which you may have.

WAIVER
Travel Visa Pro’s failure to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the Terms shall not be a waiver of them or the rights attaching to any of them.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, including but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in effect.
